I’m a trauma therapist who works with adults who were scapegoated, silenced, or made to feel like they were the problem in their families. Chances are, you’ve carried that role into adulthood — always second-guessing yourself, feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions, and struggling to feel worthy just as you are.

Here’s the truth: you didn’t deserve any of that. And while we can’t rewrite your past, we can help you finally set down the baggage your family handed you.

I blend deep compassion with a little bit of sarcasm (because sometimes, laughing at the absurdity of it all is part of the healing). My style is warm, human, and real — I’ll walk alongside you with both care and honesty as you find your way back to yourself.
