The black sheep?

The outcast?

The scapegoat?

The “problem child”?

If you were put into any of these boxes,
then you’re in the right place!

I too grew up in a family where I was not seen or heard. I was deeply misunderstood and didn’t fit in. I

was told I was too much, too big, too different. I was labeled “difficult.” I was gaslit.

I internalized theses toxic messages of my childhood.

But none of it was true!

In reality, I was an empath, a highly sensitive person, and a truth-teller who saw the dysfunction and

dared to name the elephant in the room.

Does any of this describe you too?

If so, I work with people like you—many of whom are now parents—healing from childhood complex

PTSD and attachment trauma.

I help you learn to re-parent yourself from these harmful and distorted messages that have been carried

into adulthood. You will realize that you are not too much. Not difficult. Not a problem.

And never were.

You will develop a true sense of yourself as full, whole, and complete.

You will learn to become unapologetically you!

In re-parenting yourself, you come to heal the pattern of broken family systems and to break the cycles

of generational trauma.

As you learn to treat yourself with more love, compassion, and wisdom, you will parent your own
children more consciously and lovingly. You will be able to meet your child’s unique desire for belonging
and significance, and you will develop the tools to parent from a place of deep and authentic connection.

I am so glad you are here, and I can’t wait to work with you!
