How I Can Help
Discover a place where understanding, support, and healing go hand in hand. As your therapist, I am here to guide you on your journey towards a more authentic you.
One-On-One Therapy
Life can be really hard—and you don’t have to do it alone.
Individual therapy is a space that’s just for you: a space to process, feel, and understand your inner world with someone who’s truly in your corner. Here, your thoughts and feelings matter. Your story matters. And you deserve a place where you’re met with empathy, curiosity, and respect.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, wrestling with trauma, or simply feeling weighed down by the demands of life, therapy can help you find steadier ground. Together, we’ll build your capacity to feel more calm, more connected, and more like yourself.
What to Expect
Our sessions are shaped around you—your pace, your needs, your lived experience. I’m an integrative therapist, which means I blend different approaches to support your healing, always guided by what feels most helpful and grounding for you. We might spend time talking things through, tuning into what your body is holding, or engaging in trauma-informed practices (like EMDR) that bring real relief—not just insight.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes, with the option for extended time if that feels right for your process. We go as slowly or as deeply as you need, always with the intention of creating a sense of safety, choice, and empowerment.
This is your space to show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s hurting, and what new possibilities might begin to emerge as we gently untangle the places that have felt stuck or unseen.
You’re welcome here—messy parts, tender parts, all of it. Let’s figure out the next right step for you.
Extended Sessions
For clients ready to explore more complex themes, address deeper layers of healing, or engage in trauma-focused approaches such as EMDR extended sessions or intensives provide the dedicated time and focused space needed to fully immerse in the work. Session costs based on length of session.
Please note that insurance often only covers the first 50–60 minutes of an extended session. Any additional time will be billed separately. We’ll review the fee structure before scheduling so you’ll have all the information you need and no surprises.
Free Consultation Call
Once you reach out, we’ll set up a time for a free phone consultation. This is a chance for us to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, explore what you’re hoping to get out of the process, and give you space to ask any questions about how I work.
This call is all about making sure you feel comfortable and supported from the start. You deserve care that feels like a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you.
